RECENT PROJECTS

We engage on a wide variety of project types from multi-story high rise office buildings to LEED for homes low density residential developments.  Our approach differs substantially from many of our colleagues where the traditional mode of coordination is: to read the drawings, read the specs and then try to make them match. If you are a user, we have software to interface with your Revit models. We include proposed design solutions made (or to be made), to serve as a master guide for the project from which all subsequent project documentation will flow in a logical sequence as major "elements" of the design.

Provide the documentation basis for the owner’s approval of decisions made during the schematic and design development phase.

We provide draft architectural sections subdivided into respective divisions for your review.

We will coordinate sections with the schedule of finishes and materials in your graphic documents and assist with your keynoting.

PROJECT //  HTHA 40 Unit Housing

This project is a Federally funded 40 unit Tribal Housing project for the Hopi Nation, which includes 29 new houses and duplexes. 13 different models are being built.  The housing is designed to meet or exceed Energy Star standards, and was designed with a LEED for Homes scorecard.   They are designed as low maintenance, highly sustainable, and with extremely durable exterior and interior finishes.  Site work involves extending all existing utilities on the adjacent site, and all road improvements.  Sustainable landscaping includes native and native adapted plant species and rainwater harvesting.  The site amenities will include a baseball diamond, a tot lot play area, walking trails, and a ramada meeting area.  Site lighting was done with all LED fixtures with solar panels.  The housing units will have natural gas heating and high efficiency cooling systems.
